The location is a real plus, and the place is decent, but the rooms need more attention to cleaning to feel worth the price. I noticed dust all over the floor beneath the bed when I was trying to pick up something I'd dropped. The walls look really dirty and need painting. Also, the bathroom bin should be replaced right away. For hygiene, its lid needs to open by foot instead of by hand.

The apartment was tiny, the beds weren't comfortable, and it could have been a lot cleaner.

Getting to central Syvota is easy, though the place could be tidier.
