The studios have everything you need, with plenty of parking and lovely grounds. The owners were really friendly and helpful. It’s just a 3-minute walk into the centre, and the nearest beach is 15 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car. The loft stairs were a bit steep, but no big deal. Comfortable, clean, and well located. I’d recommend it and hope to come back.

The flowers were stunning, and the place felt like a little fairy tale. It was spotless, with such warm, lovely hospitality and care in every detail. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return.

We found Anneta Studios in Sivota comfortable and peaceful, with a lovely garden and kind, helpful hosts. It’s clean and only 2 minutes from the center, which made it a great spot for a relaxing stay.

We had such a good time in this little Eden, almost like heaven. It feels like a private garden and is just 200 meters from the center. The hosts were very friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. It’s perfect!

I loved the birdsong throughout the day and the feeling of being surrounded by nature, even though the beach is a 10-minute walk away and shops and restaurants are 5 minutes away. The apartments are simple but very practical, exceptionally clean, and have comfortable mattresses. I stayed at Anneta Studios for about 10 days, and it was one of my best choices in Greece. Eirini and his father Simon bring together Greek family warmth and the professionalism of high-end hotels. Anneta Studios is a special place, highly recommended!
