Costa Smeralda

Our room wasn’t ready when we got there, but the staff kindly offered us a drink at the pool bar while we waited. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with a great shower, and the pool bar is conveniently just around the corner. There’s a small private beach with sun beds as well. Breakfast was excellent, served with another amazing view. The peaceful location has a magnificent view, especially from the pool area, though the terrace was lovely too. A beautiful place to stay in Syvota/Sivota if you’re exploring Parga and Syvota.

A lovely sea water pool, rooms with everything you need, and a great breakfast. The staff really go out of their way to help. The hotel sits above crystal clear water in a fantastic spot, and all the rooms face the sea. Just keep in mind that it’s on a steep hill, with rooms spread across it. There are lots of steps down to the sea, and depending on where you’re staying, you’ll have a hill to climb up or down to reach breakfast or the pool.

The location is a full 10/10, and the staff are amazingly friendly and kind. The rooms are spotless, although a little small. Highly recommended for an unbeatable holiday.

The setting and views are absolutely amazing, and the beds are comfortable. The location is lovely, though rooms on the ground floor don’t have an ocean view. The staff try their best to help, but their service didn’t reach what I expect from a four-star hotel. I came away disappointed and wouldn’t return. It looks super nice in the photos, but in reality the hotel is quite worn and probably shouldn’t be rated four stars. Most of the sun beds by the pool and ocean deck need replacing. The deck has lots of nails sticking up, so don’t walk barefoot. The pool is really dirty by afternoon, full of seaweed and algae, even though it’s cleaned each morning. The bar and restaurant food is average, the portions are small, and it closes at 16:00. Breakfast is good if you get there early, but the food gets picked over quickly. There’s no hot water for a late evening or nighttime shower. I know they heat the water during the day, but I’d expect better from a four-star hotel.
