Joana was so welcoming and responsive during my stay. She was helpful throughout and made everything feel easy and smooth. You can tell she really cares about guests, and I appreciated that. At Hotel Elena, my room was quiet, comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh food, plenty of variety, and both hot and cold choices. I’d definitely stay here again!

The rooms were very clean, the morning buffet was great, and the hotel was quiet. It was my first time in Sivota and I had a good stay in this beautiful hotel, with excellent staff. My one complaint was that there were no window screens to keep mosquitoes out.

Our room was lovely, generally clean, and had new furniture. The owners were very kind too. Just a heads-up, if you’re given a room at the top of the hotel, there are a lot of stairs, though ours wasn’t high up. The only thing we found was a worm in the room. I understand moisture can bring them in.

The location was perfect, close to the road and not far from Syvota. The room was clean, cozy and nice, and the service was perfect. The Albanian girl at reception was kind, polite and helpful. I fully recommend it!

Breakfast was disappointing, with little variety, and some of the pastries were undercooked. The room smelled moldy and had old-fashioned furniture. The fridge was noisy, almost like someone breathing loudly.
