Evisa (jenny), Maria, Jessica, and Roshan made breakfast, lunch, and dinner a really nice experience with their service. They took great care of us all day, whether we were having food or drinks on the beach, on the terraces, or by the infinity pool. The staff here are great and really topped off our stay. The room was spacious, modern, and well equipped, with a lovely sea view from the balcony. The beach and pool area were nice, and the flowers and plants in the shared spaces made it feel relaxing. Breakfast was good too. I especially liked the two younger girls who were always smiling and kind, and the lady at the omelet stand. Our room was at the top of the hill, even though we’d asked several times to be closer to the beach because we were travelling with a baby. Carrying the stroller and bags up and down every day to reach the beach or breakfast was very difficult. All the service areas are downstairs. The manager suggested calling a buggy, but the waits were too long for that to be practical. The drivers were lovely, but they were busy with other jobs around the resort. The restaurant and beach bar menus were very limited. After seven days, we went outside the resort every evening to find more variety. The food selection was disappointing and overpriced for the quality, and I didn’t understand the $7 room service fee either. Housekeeping was inconsistent and below what we expected. Our sheets were changed only once during the week. One day our room wasn’t cleaned until 3 p.m., then the next day the cleaner knocked at 9:30 a.m. while we were still in bed.

The quiet sandy beach has crystal clear water and is family friendly in terms of depth. The scenery is unmatched, and the whole place feels peaceful and relaxing. Our room was spotless, with daily cleaning, and breakfast had quality food and endless choices. The staff were nice and polite. The beach bar seemed a little understaffed and was a bit disappointing, but we still had a good stay. The private pool seemed like an extra at first, but it turned out to be a big bonus for early mornings and late afternoons. Great location and service, five stars from me. Highly recommended for an easygoing break.

The property is stunning and has everything it needs to be a true 5-star Mövenpick, but it needs more staff, better training, and a stronger kitchen team. After five nights, I came away with mixed feelings. There’s a lot going for the hotel, but some parts fell well short of five-star standards, and right now the price is higher than what you get. The best parts were the clean rooms and shared areas, the beautiful view from the sea-view rooms and restaurant, comfortable beds, and a lovely beach with clean sand and great sunbeds. The pool area was beautiful too. The resort is large, but golf carts were very useful and easy to call, parking was spacious and convenient, and staff were friendly and polite. Special thanks to waiter Diallo. Beds get 8/10 from me. Service was stretched thin. There was no one at the entry gate or reception door, and no manager in the restaurant to welcome people. There were too few waiters, with the same staff rushing around to keep things going. Breakfast was disappointing for a five-star hotel, with limited choice, poor labeling, and bad coffee. Tables often stayed uncleared because waiters were overwhelmed. It felt more like a 4-star breakfast. Dinner sounded good on the menu, but the food wasn’t at the level I expected. The chef should be reconsidered, in my view, since food in the city is much better. Other guests we spoke to felt the same, and some said they’d switch hotels the following year. We’ll come back to see whether things improve and hopefully update this review. The hotel needs either to raise the quality or adjust the pricing.
