We had a spacious, fully equipped apartment in a peaceful spot on a hill, looking out over the bay and harbour. The green courtyard was beautiful, and we loved having the view for morning coffee. The location is stunning, and the hosts were so welcoming and pleasant. We recommend staying longer so you can really enjoy the comforts and hospitality of Villa Polyxeni.

The view is wonderful, and the place and hosts are great. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay, including a large balcony table where a group can eat together. You can walk to the nearest beach, which is beautiful.

We had a lovely welcome and such warm hospitality throughout our stay at the Villa. The hosts also know a lot about Greek history! Our room was simple but clean, with a very comfortable bed, a powerful shower, and the loveliest balcony with a view. Breakfast was great, and a lovely surprise since we hadn’t realized it was included when booking. We took it out to the balcony on our last day. If we come back to Syvota, we’d definitely stay again. We recommend it!

The harbour view from the little balconies made breakfast especially lovely, and the breakfast itself was delicious and well worth it. The villa sits up on a hill, with easy access and parking. Rooms feel new, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. A wonderful stay!

Nikos makes you feel so welcome, and he's friendly, helpful, and knows the area well. He puts out a light breakfast on the back veranda. This was our second year at Villa Polyxeni, and we can't picture staying anywhere else in Sivota. Already looking forward to next year.
