We felt very well looked after throughout our stay, and the staff made a real difference. The cleaners were lovely, and the breakfast team were so friendly and welcoming. Everything else was perfect too, from the beautiful villa and sea view to the amazing pool and well-kept grounds. I can't recommend Zavia Resort highly enough, and we'll definitely return.

With only 7 or 8 villas, Zavia resort stays quiet and peaceful. We could enjoy a family holiday without the crowding you get at a regular resort or hotel, which meant a lot to us. Sakis welcomed us when we arrived, showed us what we needed to know, and made us feel at home. Our villa was beautiful, with a private pool and a view over the bay that felt like paradise. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and breakfast was always really nice. Our four nights here were the highlight of our family trip to Greece. Syvota has beautiful places to visit, but if you want to relax by the pool with a lovely view and peace and quiet, Zavia resort is the place. We can't wait to come back!

Our villa felt like a sanctuary: spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a private pool overlooking the glistening Ionian Sea. Waking up to those sweeping views each morning was a highlight. The serene surroundings and professional, welcoming staff, especially Sakis, made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Zavia Resort was a wonderful fit for our relaxing family holiday, combining comfort and luxury. We'd wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. Our villa also felt calm and luxurious, with lovely interiors and a beautiful view to enjoy throughout the day. It was spacious too. We only wished the kitchen had more equipment, especially an oven, so making our own meals would have been easier. We had a wonderful stay at Zavia Resort and would happily return.

The villa looked great inside and felt cool, and the Wi-Fi was reasonably good. But the bathroom layout was the worst I've seen: the sink was in a separate room from the WC, and you had to leave the toilet area to wash your hands, then go into another separate space to shower. The bathroom and shower lights, along with the extractor fan, ran automatically and took at least three minutes to switch off, which was really irritating when trying to sleep. The TV didn't work at all. Towels and sheets were changed every two days, which I personally consider unhygienic. If these issues were fixed, the place would be amazing. As it is, I can only partly recommend it.
