Pansion Eresos

The room, facilities and location were all good, but I had a bad experience with the owner. We had specifically asked about air conditioning before booking and were told the room had it. When we arrived, it wasn't working. The owner seemed surprised and said she'd get it fixed, but a few hours later we were told it wouldn't be fixed soon and that we should make do with the very noisy ceiling fan. If that wasn't acceptable, we could leave, at 6 pm, when finding somewhere else would have been almost impossible. We felt a refund for the missing air conditioning was fair, and after going back and forth, we did get some money back. The internet was down too. When we asked, the owner said all of Eresos had no internet, which was a big lie. I'd be careful booking here and make sure everything matches what was agreed.
