We had a perfect stay. The location was great, the place very clean and kid-friendly, and the customer service was excellent. Our room was cleaned each day, and breakfast was brought to it. Thanks, Cocoon Team!

We really enjoyed our time at Cocoons Suites & Villas Fourka. The pool and surrounding areas were peaceful, fresh, and very clean, with daily upkeep. The rooms were spotless too, cleaned thoroughly every day. They're on the small side, but the listing made that clear, so it didn't bother us. They felt cosy, comfortable, and well maintained. Air conditioning was one of the best features: it worked perfectly and could cool the room right down, which was great in the summer heat. The team made us feel welcome from the start. Everyone was smiling, accommodating, and attentive to small requests, like extra pillows and blankets. They even helped when our ball accidentally landed on a neighbour's balcony, with the receptionist kindly getting it back for us. We appreciated how genuinely helpful they were. When the bathroom door wouldn't close properly on our first day, the maintenance person came right away and fixed it. Food at the bar was fantastic, especially the burgers, some of the best we've had in a long time. Breakfast was generous, tasty, and enough for four people. They asked what time we wanted it and accommodated us. The large private parking lot was another big plus, making arrivals and getting around easy, even when busy. It felt luxurious and relaxing, and was well worth the price. We left happy and rested, and are already planning another stay. Highly recommended!

The staff were very kind and quick to respond to requests. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom worked well for tall people. The hotel welcomes pets. The pool was clean and a good temperature, and the playground for kids was in perfect condition. Food was good, and the cocktails were delicious. A clean, tidy place.

We contacted the hotel three months ahead to ask for the room we wanted for 14 nights, since we had a baby and two dogs. They said they'd book it for us and promised everything would be fine. When we arrived, we got the loudest room, right by the pool, although we'd asked for the opposite. Some kind of washing machine or dishwasher kept us awake all night. When we asked to switch rooms, they said the next day. The other room was much smaller, and the way they spoke to my husband and me made me feel like they, rather than the paying guests, decided what we should get. We lost two of our 14 nights because we couldn't unpack, and the replacement room came late. So grateful to this hotel. We also had to ask twice for a feeding chair, and they never brought a baby bed. We've been visiting Greece for seven years and never had service like this. If you get room number 1, you're lucky.
