Miracle Suites by Klisma beach

I trusted them and paid everything upfront after first contacting them through booking.com, even though they asked me to bring the full amount in person and gave me no receipt. Later I had to cancel for personal reasons. Booking.com clearly said I should get 50% back, but they initially refused to refund anything. I ended up returning to the property and threatening to call the police before they finally paid back half. The host was rude and completely unprofessional. After handing over the money, they told me I wasn't very smart and said they wished bad things for me. One of the worst customer experiences I've had.

We reached Thassos after an 800 km drive with our two kids, only to be told on the phone, “Sorry, we can't accommodate you. Please cancel the booking and find somewhere else to stay.” This was on a Sunday evening, so we had to find another place then and there. I'd booked the apartment through Booking, and a few days later the owners had confirmed it by phone. The property looks very nice, but be careful, they have bad habits. I'd give zero stars if that were possible.

The owner was lovely, and the rooms looked just like the photos. Such an amazing place. ❤️

It's a lovely, quiet place with kind hosts and daily cleaning. If you're heading to the nearby beach, you'll need loungers. There are sandy beaches close by too.
