We booked this place for its peaceful setting and breathtaking views, since we already knew where it was. We hire a car whenever we visit Kefalonia because exploring the island is a must, so the location wasn’t a problem for us. Our two-bedroom apartment was roomy, with comfortable beds and a full fridge-freezer, which was a huge bonus. It was very well equipped and spotless, and the air conditioning was great in the 39° heat. The balcony was huge too, with fantastic views. Claudia was a perfect host. She helped us arrange a lovely local boat trip to Ithaca with Valsamis, a nice small boat where you’re not packed in like on the big ones. She also lent us various things during our trip, which we really appreciated. The pool was fab, with enough sunbeds and umbrellas every day. We stayed a week and wished we could have stayed longer. Skala is one way and Poros the other, so you get the best of both areas. If you haven’t visited Kefalonia, be ready to fall for it. If you have, you’ll know what we mean.

Claudia, the owner, was just wonderful and around in the mornings if you needed anything. There are only eight apartments, so it’s a small and peaceful place. My room had twin beds, was quite spacious, and had cooking equipment and a fridge-freezer. The shower was roomy and had a decent curtain, and it didn’t flood the bathroom. The resort centre is about 4km away, around a 45-minute walk, or €10 for a taxi back.

Beautiful views, a clean pool, and lots of sunbeds. There’s plenty of parking too. It’s very quiet and a bit remote for some, so you’ll definitely need transport to get around.

Claudia was such a friendly, helpful host, and the place was very clean. Tucked out of the way, it was quiet and relaxing. Fantastic location, 10 out of 10.

The views were fantastic and the apartments were great. Claudia was available each morning and always happy to help, with advice on boat trips, restaurants, and bars to visit. Highly recommended.
