Thomas, the owner of Hotel Rodon, is an absolute gem. He went out of his way to help us make the most of our time on the island, sharing local knowledge and advice that you wouldn’t get from a guidebook. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we felt like welcomed guests instead of tourists. This was hands down the best experience of our holiday, and the most welcoming hospitality we found in Patmos. We can’t wait to return.

Thomas was extremely kind and helped us with everything we needed. The room was spotless and had all the things you need for a holiday. It was a great value choice, and we’d definitely stay again. The location was a highlight too, right in the center and very close to the port. Thanks for making our holiday as comfortable as possible!

The rooms are a great deal, and the hotel is close to the water, places to eat, and the downtown square. Everything was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the people were kind. I’m from Alaska and keep thinking about coming back to Patmos and staying at Rodon Hotel.

Tom was waiting at the ferry when I arrived at 2:30 in the morning, then kindly drove me to the parking area so I could collect all my bags. That welcome made a big difference. The rooms were spotless, and I was glad to find complimentary bottled water waiting for me. Rodon hotel is around 100 m from the center, ferry, and beach. I’m very pleased I chose it, and got to experience Greek filoxenia. I’d happily recommend it.

The owner was so helpful and friendly, and speaks great English. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped. We were in the center of town but set back from the noise, so it stayed quiet. The ferry, boat trips, and beach are all an easy, flat walk of a few minutes. An upstairs room would have an amazing view. Great value, and I highly recommend it.
