The house was spacious and very clean, with the cleaning lady coming daily. Bedding and towels were changed every 3 to 4 days. Outside, there are three terraces, each with its own table and chairs. The bathroom is small by Greek standards, but it’s adequate and has a washing-machine. Villa Netia is a peaceful place on Patmos, on the outskirts of Skala, about a kilometer’s walk from the central square or city center. Antonio and Paola were very welcoming and hospitable. We stayed in PETRA, a separate, comfortable split-level house with two double beds, one upstairs and one on the ground floor. The kitchen had all the basic utensils and equipment we needed. The living area has a small seating spot by the fireplace and a dining table with four chairs. A very nice place to stay, enjoy Patmos and relax. Highly recommend!

House Petra at Netia was beautiful and cozy, just as it looks in the website pictures. It’s a nice location, with a short walk to Skala and several beaches. The hosts were very nice and helpful, and live in the house next door.

It was quiet because the apartments are a little outside the main city. The rooms were very clean and got cleaned every day, and the space was comfortable both inside and out. The apartments were fully equipped, with great AC that kept them cool. Service was great too. They met us and were always available for questions. I hope I can come back one day.

The room was airy, bright and super clean, with tasteful retro decor. It was lovely and cozy, with a terrace for enjoying the view at night and a comfortable king-size bed. The cleaning service was excellent, and Antonio and his wife were such a pleasure, welcoming and nice. The bathroom was decent, but there’s no defined shower cubicle, so you basically shower on the bathroom floor. The water dries quickly and easily. It was missing bathroom supplies, with no shampoo or shower gel.

We spent 9 days at Villa Patmos Netia for a July holiday. The location is very central, near the main square, with lots of restaurants, tavernas, bars, shops and supermarkets. The house was very clean and had air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The apartment had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available and very kind. They made our stay perfect. We strongly recommend Villa Patmos Netia.
