Atrium Villas

Lucia was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond with all our requests. She also gave us great advice. The villa at Atrium Villas is beautifully equipped and perched high above Skiathos, with a breathtaking view. Housekeeping came daily and was discreet and efficient. We'd highly recommend Atrium Villas and will definitely return.

We spent 10 days at Atrium Villas in Skiathos with our parents and young family, and had a wonderful time. Lucia was a brilliant host, very attentive to our needs with three children, including a young baby. She helped make us comfortable and shared good ideas for activities and places to eat. The villa looked exactly like the pictures, and the daily cleaning was a great bonus, more like hotel service than we've ever had in a villa. You do need a car to get to town and the beaches because the villas are up in the mountains, but it wasn't a problem for us. We rented 2 4x4’s, and nothing was too far away. The location also means the sunsets and views are stunning. We'll definitely come back.

Lucia's service was especially impressive. As landlord and concierge, she arranged car and boat rentals, a private chef and more, and was always available and quick to respond. The maintenance team cleaned the villa daily, like a hotel, which is rare. The chef she recommended, Antonis, was world-class. We had fantastic Greek and international home-cooked meals. The profiteroles were the best we've ever had, even though we come from France, and the stuffed dolmas were a memorable Greek mom's dish you can't find in restaurants. The team puts 120% into outstanding service, and I appreciate it. The highest score available is 5, though I'd give more. My family of 5 had a wonderful week in the modern, peaceful villa, which had everything we needed, including an espresso machine, milk frother, barbecue and washing machine. It's on a Skiathos hill with magnificent views of the sea, lush hills and sunsets. It's about a 15-20 minute drive from the center and most beaches, and less than 10 minutes from Kechria, a lovely, less crowded beach and tavern. A 4x4 is recommended for that beach and some others on the island's north and most beautiful side.

The villa was just as described and had everything we needed. We loved the peaceful, private setting and the beautiful sea views. Lucia and her team were very hospitable and helpful with all the random questions and requests we had. We stayed at Atrium Villas during our Skiathos holiday and would highly recommend it.
