The staff were amazing and gave excellent service, while the food was a very high standard with plenty of choice. Our room was modern and very clean, with housekeeping coming daily and leaving fresh towels. The hotel is right on the seafront, with a lovely sea view and an ideal location. I honestly can't think of anything bad to say, and I'll definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of variety. Coffee and other hot drinks were made to order, and on some days there was an omelette station with a wide range of ingredients. The pool was spacious and just the right temperature, with clean, comfortable loungers beside it. The rooms and balconies were clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and industrious, often doing more than expected. Everyone, from reception and the bar and restaurant teams to the concierge, was polite, professional and ready to help with even small things. The reception manager and staff took time to listen to my feeble attempts at Greek and helped me improve my vocabulary. Helpful, friendly service all around made for a relaxing stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

The staff really made our stay, they were so friendly and worked hard to make everything feel welcoming. Breakfast was well stocked with lots to choose from, and the pool bar had great service. We could borrow towels there too, which was a nice touch. The hotel is lovely and only a short walk from Skiathos Town, with the beach close by. Our room was clean and had water, tea and coffee. The bathroom was tiny, with nowhere to put toiletries, and there wasn't much storage. The room also looked a lot bigger in the TUI adverts, and the side sea view we expected was questionable. We didn't bring that up with the hotel because we didn't feel they were responsible for how the tour operator had presented the rooms. Still, we had a wonderful stay thanks to the team.

The location worked so well for us: we were right by the beach, yet could walk to town and the port, with bus stops easy to reach. There was also a lovely pool, beach beds and water sports access. My niece and I stayed four nights at Thalassa Cape Hotel to celebrate her high school graduation before university, and the staff made the occasion feel special. Manager Eleni left her a thoughtful note from the team and a complimentary bottle of wine. We also loved the modern room and its balcony with a partial sea view. Breakfast, included each morning, was delicious, and we thought Achinos Seaside Bar & Restaurant was one of the best restaurants on Skiathos. Everyone was warm and welcoming. We loved our time here and hope to return soon. Thank you for such a memorable stay.
