A little piece of heaven, and the staff are fantastic.

You’re surrounded by greenery here, with a beautiful beach right at your feet. The location feels magical, and the room was neat and spotless. Be sure to catch the sunset at the sunset cafe while having Marianna’s delicious homemade orange pie.

The accommodation was fantastic and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was amazing. Mrs. Marianna was wonderful, too: an incredible professional, very communicative and steady, and above all a lovely person. The location was excellent, and I really can’t put into words how nice the stay was. I highly recommend it!

The beach at Kotronia is unique, and Atsitsa is such a lovely settlement, combining mountain and sea. We spent five days at Utopia Studios and had a wonderful time. The studios were spotless, tastefully furnished and well equipped with high-quality furniture. Ms. Marianna made an excellent breakfast with all kinds of island treats, prepared with professionalism, passion and enthusiasm. Thank you, Marianna!
