It was good enough in the end. The room was clean, the bed was good, and there was air conditioning and a fridge. We did miss some basic kitchen things, though, like mugs, glasses and cutlery.

For the price, everything felt just right. The place is spacious, the people are kind, there are plants everywhere, a nice view and spots to sit and relax. Sisi the cat was there too. The furniture is old, sure, but clean, and it made the place feel like home. I loved it, and they even gave us gifts when we left.

The owners were lovely, and our apartment had a great view. On our last day they even drove us and our luggage to the port. The shower was the one awkward part, since it had no curtain, but we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the stay was better than I expected. It’s about five minutes from the center of Skopelos while still being surrounded by nature. The host was welcoming, kind and really nice. I’d happily visit again.
