The hosts were so warm and welcoming. They picked us up at the port when we arrived and drove us back when we left. They speak excellent English, and even surprised us with homemade fig jam and candied apricots. Such a thoughtful touch! Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable for two people with luggage. It had a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and a small terrace looking over the garden. There’s an independent entrance into the garden, with tables, chairs and soft lighting, all with sea views. There’s plenty of parking too. Filoxenia has a really unique feel, almost like stepping back in time. We loved the beautiful, peaceful garden and stunning sea view. The setting is quiet but handy for nearby restaurants and for getting to the island’s beaches by scooter or car. We stayed four nights and would definitely come back. It’s spacious, authentic, and run by genuinely kind hosts.

They really live up to the word “hospitality”! Mrs. Kieri was wonderful, so kind and welcoming. She picked us up from the port by car, and when we left, she drove all our luggage back for us. We’re both grateful and will definitely visit the island again. The place was beautiful and spotless. Even the curtains smelled freshly laundered. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed: coffee pots, a kettle, fridge, sink, and even a cooking grill. There were mosquito nets over the beds, and the view was lovely. It’s very close to Skopelos town, and the price was really good.

The rooms were great and quite clean, and for what it offers, we felt it was worth the money. The location is excellent too, within walking distance of the center of Skopelos. Our only negative was the breakfast: the booking said “breakfast included,” but nobody told us about it, and we didn’t see anyone else eating.

Mrs. Asimina and Mr. Nikos were lovely, and they drove us from the port and back again. Filoxenia is in a quiet area, but still very close to the town center, around a 10-minute walk. The accommodation was beautiful, with a wonderful view of the sea. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it.
