Stolios Skopelos - Euterpe Split Level Gem

Stolios gave us all the modern comforts in a traditional-style apartment, along with the pleasure of getting to know local hosts who speak very good English. We had one of our most unforgettable holidays with Debi and George. Their home and their big hearts are open to people, animals, and flowers. The apartments all have breathtaking views and are clean and maintained to a high standard. Labrianna, the cleaning lady, is very sweet and does a great job every day. Debi is like an invisible fairy, looking after the beautiful gardens and lighting the candles in the yard each evening. We enjoyed delicious local pies made by the two ladies. George was always smiling and ready to help with anything needed for an easy holiday. He welcomes guests with a map of Skopelos and clear directions for driving around the island, plus useful advice on beaches, shops, and places for dinner. Thank you again, Debi and George. We were welcomed like family and left already planning to come back and see George and Debbie. It’s one of the most special, generous, and hospitable places I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are beautiful, with a stunning view and thoughtful amenities that make a longer stay easy. It’s also well located, just minutes by car from Skopelos town, with shortcuts through pine forests to all the beaches. George and Debbie added lovely touches: homemade welcome treats, a warm and helpful chat about what to see and do, and, for us, a bottle of wine to celebrate our one-year anniversary. Book if it’s available. You’ll leave with great island memories and a real connection to the generous people who live there.

The rooms were clean, well equipped, and the service was perfect. Debby made tasty local dishes for breakfast, too. George and Elli were fantastic hosts, welcoming us warmly and sharing lots of useful suggestions for beaches, restaurants, and top spots in Skopelos. Stolios is a hidden gem, about a 10-minute drive from the center and the best beaches. The view is amazing, and you can see an incredible dawn from the rooms. We’ll be back soon, and really recommend staying here.

We stayed in the apartment with a balcony and felt right at home. It was clean and cosy, with amazing sea views, and the surrounding gardens were beautiful. Our stay was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return to Stolios and Skopelos.
