The fridge was broken, the drinking glasses hadn't been cleaned, and the furniture throughout was very old. There were stains on the toilet from previous guests and an old sponge left in the shower. The sheets smelled of cigarette smoke, and the walls were dirty. The room was full of insects and spiders, with a lot of mold that made it hard to breathe. The windows had only dirty curtains, so there was no privacy. My girlfriend and I had a bad stay, and the business felt very unprofessional. I'd avoid it and pay a little more for another hotel.

Spiderwebs in the corners and a dirty room were part of what we found, and we saw several cockroaches during our stay. There was a strong mold smell as soon as we entered, and it made us uncomfortable the whole time. The conditions felt unsanitary and unpleasant, so we strongly advise against staying here. We wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we did.

I called a week before check-in to cancel the room I'd booked as an anniversary gift for my parents. Health issues meant they couldn't go, and I apologized for the inconvenience while asking if the deposit could be refunded. The landlord responded rudely and aggressively. He said I shouldn't have booked if I couldn't travel, claimed my reservation had made him turn away many potential guests, and said there were no refunds. I asked for the cancellation policy in writing, but he told me to look online. He hadn't mentioned a no-cancellation policy, and I couldn't find one online. Given how he treated me, I can't recommend even checking this place out. It makes me wonder what the rooms are like.
