Platanias beach was my favorite: peaceful, more private, and with more natural shade from the sun. The water was beautiful, clean, and warm. Micron, another famous beach in Pelion, is also nearby, though getting there takes a light hike. Platanias has two beaches, and the one shaded by olive trees is only a five-minute walk away. Our stay was wonderful. The garden is big and full of greenery, with deep shade on the hottest days, and the rooms were cleaned regularly. There’s also a parking lot. Evangelia welcomed us warmly and politely, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived.

A large, quiet property with a big yard where children can play. Good for families.

These days, greed seems to take over and human connections are fading. Then we arrived and the hostess, Mrs. Litsa, greeted us with a REAL, genuine smile. The rooms, outdoor areas, and cleanliness all left me with nothing negative to say. Sweet Mrs. Litsa has such a positive aura. I’m still trying to think of something I didn’t like, but I can’t find a thing. Her REAL and genuine smile stays with me 😄 Thank you, Litsa. Wishing you good health and many happy times with the people you love.
