I couldn’t stay at Izela this summer, but I was impressed by the service. From my first contact, they were polite, quick to respond, and genuinely caring. You don’t often find that kind of professionalism and warmth before you’ve even finished booking. I really appreciated how they handled everything, and hope to visit and stay with them in the future.

Mr. Stratos was so kind, helpful, and professional. I’ve never come across staff this kind. Whatever we needed, they took care of it right away, and the rooms were spotless. It’s a hotel with an elevator and private parking, right in the heart of Kala Nera and next to the sea. At breakfast, three wonderful ladies greeted us with a smile every day. People with such kindness and good manners are rare. A thousand bravos! Thank you so much for everything. We’ll come again!
