We were glad we chose Peliva instead of an ordinary coastal stay in Kala Nera or somewhere similar. It turned a good holiday into a special one that my wife and I will always remember. Athena mountain Villa sits uphill in a quiet spot, reached by a good, easy road. From there, the view opens across the west Pelion coastline, with its olive-covered slopes, blue sea, and mountains on the mainland. The interior and exterior design feel truly distinctive for the region, and both the host and service lady looked after us very well.

We had such a relaxing stay and loved the place. The views of the Gulp were amazing, and the hotel was charming, spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The rooms had all the modern amenities. It went beyond what we expected.

We spent seven nights at Peliva, enjoying the complete quiet and daily room cleaning. The rooms were more than perfect, with breathtaking views and eclectic furniture. Yannis and Thalia deserve credit for running the place and doing all they could to meet our needs. It's a small boutique hotel with just three rooms, tucked among olive trees in a genuinely peaceful area. You definitely need a car, and the hotel is far from everything. The drive in isn't easy: from the main road, it's about 10-15 minutes along a narrow two-way road, then after the hotel sign there's another 500 meters on a narrow, bumpy, poorly maintained road. Choose your car carefully. With easier access, this would be a five-star review.

PEVILA is a dream, and we've found our new favorite escape. We'll be back again and again. The place felt even more magical in person than the pictures could show, with a kind of beauty, peace, and warmth that's hard to put into words. GIANNIS was an incredible host, sharing thoughtful recommendations and taking care of every detail with real kindness and professionalism. He made us feel completely welcome and looked after.

The staff's warm hospitality made a real difference, and they went out of their way to meet every need. At PELIVA mountain villa, the outdoor areas were just as lovely as the villa itself: I could watch sunsets from the private terrace and enjoy the crisp mountain air by the pool. Inside, it was luxurious and comfortable, with modern amenities and thoughtful details. I was taken by the breathtaking mountain views from the moment I arrived. A truly memorable stay.
