The garden is relaxing, the hotel is quiet, and from the outside it has some charm. We knew we hadn't paid much, but even allowing for that, this place was objectively a zero for us. We felt misled by our tourist agency and the positive reviews saying the hotel was okay. Please look at the photos. The rooms were cramped and horrendous, and the bathrooms even worse, just 1.4 x 1.6 m. Four of us were put in one room intended for two, with two extra "beds" added. Breakfast was awful and offered almost no choice. Dinner tasted okay, but it was essentially the same meal every night, with no choice at all. There was one waitress at breakfast and one at dinner, and they didn't seem professional, perhaps they were relatives of the owner. The pool looked okay but was dirty and neglected, and that hadn't happened overnight. Everything seemed poorly maintained, old, and left as it was for the past 30 years. I'd planned to give all the details, but that would take way too long. Whoever says otherwise must have had a very unfortunate life, I'm sorry. This hotel just isn't okay at any price.

The food was monotonous and the portions small, and the rooms were dirty, with everything old and deteriorating. There may be potential here, but even after complaints the owner isn't trying to improve anything.

It was okay overall, though I think the breakfast food could be better and the rooms cleaner.

The food is very basic, but for what you pay, it's good value overall. It's close to the beach, and the garden and pool are nice places to have a coffee.

The "deluxe" rooms were okay, though the bathrooms are small. Our family room, number 9, smelled of mold, and the staff couldn't move us to another room.
