The owner contacted me to offer accommodation, then cancelled my booking just one day before I was due to arrive. I’d planned around this stay for an event and was left without anywhere to stay. She didn’t offer another place in the city, which would have been fair in the circumstances. This was extremely unprofessional, rude and impolite. The price she offered was lower than the one on Booking.com, so I’m 100% sure she rented it out for more money. She also deleted most of the messages she’d sent me, and I don’t know why.

Mrs. Marianna, our hostess, made the stay especially nice. We were impressed by her service, the apartment’s decor and how well-equipped the kitchen was. We had a great time. Thank you, and we hope to see you again.

We found parking easily in front of the apartment building, and access from the highway was straightforward. The room was comfortable, fully equipped and impeccably clean. Instructions were complete and communication was very good. A pleasant surprise was the breakfast supplies: toast, coffee, tea and jam. Everything was very good, with no complaints. This is our favorite apartment in Sparta!

Being right in the center of Sparta made it easy to have everything nearby, and the price was very affordable for a comfortable budget stay. The accommodation was clean, well kept and had all the basics for a pleasant visit. It turned out to be an excellent choice.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with comfortable mattresses on both the bed and sofa bed. Three people can stay comfortably, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The drawbacks were having to switch on the electric water heater for hot water and not having a cleaning service. Given those issues and the high price, though everything seems expensive these days, I’m giving it four stars rather than five.
