Breakfast was good, but the rooms felt dated, with very old furniture, and the internet was so poor I couldn't open my email. Arolithos feels more like a large house with apartments than a hotel. For me, it deserves a rating around 7 to 8, but no higher. I don't think my earlier review prompted any real effort to improve conditions for guests. About the internet: my Greek mobile card had worked until the day before I left, when it stopped connecting. I tried the hotel's Wi-Fi and still couldn't open an email. Your employees saw this, but you blamed my computer. It opened the same email as soon as I switched connections. You also said you couldn't do anything about the provider because it has a monopoly on the island. I also found it malicious to bring up someone's nationality to get a result. My family never said anything about Albanians. I worked with Albanians in the USA, and we got along well. I forgot to mention before that the hotel isn't connected to the city sewer. The day before the last, there was a terrible smell from the septic tank while you were emptying it. After your response, I'm sure leaving this review was the right decision, so people can be informed objectively.

The room was the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Hygiene was clearly taken seriously throughout the building, including the visible Covid precautions. I personally congratulated the owners on their attention to detail and the daily effort they put into cleanliness. We also had a pleasant stay, with warm hospitality and a good location.

We spent four nights here and had a wonderful stay. The room was lovely, and the balcony with its sea view was the best part. Breakfast came to the room, with choices that changed from day to day. Highly recommended!

Miss Jenny and the rest of the hotel staff made us feel very welcome. The rooms were cozy, the bathrooms modern, and breakfast excellent. It's a charming, quiet spot close to the center, and we had everything we needed while we were there, plus more.
