The outdoor spaces were the highlight, with wide sea views from the pool and patios, sunsets that looked almost AI-generated, and a private dock for swimming in the sea. Cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and beaches are about five minutes away, while Old Town Chania is around a 30-minute drive. Villa Chryssi looked incredible in the photos, but seeing it in person was even more breathtaking. We had 16 guests and plenty of room, including spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and inviting shared areas. The hospitality was unmatched. A lovely woman cleaned daily, and Adonis, the concierge, helped arrange rentals, excursions and daily rides wherever we needed to go. Kostas was friendly, responsive and helpful throughout. I’ll cherish this dream stay for years and hope to return someday.

Our group of 15 had an incredible week at Villa Chryssi. The house was beautiful and just right for relaxing together. The concierge team was delightful and easy to work with from the booking onward. They found us the most amazing group of private chefs, arranged rental cars, and checked in daily to make sure everything at the villa was okay. I can’t say enough good things about Etouri, the house and the island. ❤️

We spent six days at Villa Chryssi with 13 of my closest friends and family for my destination wedding, and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Luxury Villas on Crete helped me plan everything over the course of a year and were incredible. It was the best week of my life, and I can’t recommend staying here enough. If you can afford the price, this place is a dream, though the new owners have raised the nightly rate so much that it’s out of reach for regular people like us. We spent 10 days at Villa Chrissi in October 2018 and had a wonderful time. The service team around Mary and her husband Dimitri was great. One of our girls got sick, and a doctor was at the door just 15 minutes after we called. Unbelievable.

There’s very loud music late into the night at this party house and the ones next door. They seem to have no rules and don’t care about the neighbors. If you stay here or nearby, don’t expect peace and quiet with events going on at those houses.
