Being near the beach was great, and we spent a week here during our summer holiday in Rhodes. But there was construction at the property during the high season, which we found unacceptable. Some new towels also hadn’t been washed and left lint on our skin. For the price, I expected better. The business didn’t feel customer-focused to me.

The rooms are nice, but I’d check that the construction has finished before booking. It may continue through the whole summer of 2025. We were very disappointed that no one disclosed it, especially since we were travelling with toddlers who napped at lunchtime. We asked several times and were told the work would stop, but it didn’t always.

The view from Kyra’s terrace was amazing, and the hotel itself looks modern. My room was clean and cozy. There are private beaches nearby, plus beautiful Tsambika beach, about 5-10 minutes away by car. Plenty of taverns serve Greek food, and the location is handy for tourists wanting to drive around the island. I spent a week at Stegna Akti hotel and had a really great time.

We’ve just returned, on 4th July 2022, after seven nights at Stegna Luxury Suites and apartments. Julia brought a continental breakfast each morning and did all the cleaning. Our room was lovely, clean, and well kept, just like the pictures on the website.

The owner is really friendly, the rooms are big, and the beds are comfortable. The whole place is super clean, and the air conditioning works perfectly. It’s right across from the sea and definitely worth a stay. You can rent beach sunbeds for just 7€/day.
