Booking.com eventually changed my reservation back to refundable, but the property did nothing to help. As a Greek who visits Naxos every year, I'm disappointed by the lack of hospitality and customer support, and I felt unwelcome before even arriving. I booked a refundable room through booking.com in November 2025 for September 2026. When I changed the dates and added days, it became nonrefundable without warning. Later I asked to shift the dates again and stay a few days less, but the property refused, even though the trip was almost a year away and rooms were still available. Avoid booking here for 2026.

The ratings may be misleading: apparently they offer a glass of prosecco in exchange for good ones. We also got a very old room instead of the one we had booked. The hotel is quite run down, and you'll need a car since it's far from everything, including public transport.

We'd happily stay again. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and our room and the pool and bar area were all great. The location worked well too, about a 5-10 minute drive from Chora and close to Agios Prokopios beach.

The breakfast was the same throughout our seven days, and cleaning was a nightmare. There were ants in the room, the water was awful, and we had no wardrobe or kettle. Our junior suite felt far too small for a family of four, and there were plenty of hidden charges. The manager treated us very badly. The stay was a disaster, the only bad part of Naxos for us.

A very cozy place with a great breakfast, and the reception staff were welcoming. Getting here by bus is tricky because the walk is about 1 km, though you can opt for their transfer.
