A lovely little hotel with a great harbour view from the top floor. Our family room was nicely decorated and had lots of space, even though there were just two of us. Getting there means climbing 40 steps from the main harbour, then there are more stairs inside, including a spiral staircase. The bathroom lighting was poor and the toilet seat was cheap, soft plastic. Not a good choice if stairs or big suitcases are a problem, but otherwise we enjoyed it.

The top room was spacious and good. The coffee shop was the highlight, with the best coffee we had in Symi. Check-in was a little difficult since it was all online and there was no reception. The bedroom door key also didn’t work very well.

We stayed for a few days and found this a good-value option, largely because of the location. The rooms are pretty basic and the beds a little hard, but that didn’t bother us. The owners are charming and make especially great coffee. There’s a nice little terrace too. I recommend it.

We had a great stay in clean, recently renovated rooms, and ours had a nice view. The hotel is quiet day and night, and the location is the best on the island. Reception was helpful and informative. There were some useful extras, including a TV, an iron, and a few appliances, plus a very quiet fridge, which is hard to find in hotels around Greece. They also changed the linen and towels according to their policy, something small hotels don’t always do. Highly recommended!

Our room was neat, spacious, and really nice, with all the amenities we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful. Pavone, the café in the hotel area, is a great spot for breakfast or brunch, and hotel guests get some deals there. We knew in advance that our economy room was semi-basement, but the price still didn’t feel like a good match for that room.
