The harbor view was wonderful, and the location is excellent. Everything was very clean, the bathroom was nice, and the air conditioner, TV and WiFi all worked. The room we had was quite cramped, though. There’s a shared kitchen and laundry, which could work especially well for two couples booking rooms 1 and 2. Good value for money overall.

We appreciated how clearly and politely the Russian-speaking agency lady explained things when she showed us to room No. 1. We were there for two nights, from October 16 to 18. The room was tiny but neat and clean, with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The TV was very small, though in Symi it didn’t really matter. We shut the shutters and balcony doors and ran the AC to block noise from the bar downstairs, and didn’t hear a thing. Sleep was less comfortable. The mattress was worn and dipped in places, and the very large, hard pillows weren’t comfortable either. A practical surprise in the wardrobe was an ironing board and a basket of clothespins. The shared kitchen had the utensils we needed, but drying bedding and towels made the room feel a little damp. There was a lovely little balcony, and the place was clean and convenient for a short stay. In Symi, you mostly come back to your room to sleep anyway, while the island is the real gem.

There are stairs up to the front door, and the entry area and kitchen are shared, though the bathroom in our room was private. Once inside, we had a small balcony with two chairs overlooking the water. The windows were well soundproofed, so we slept comfortably. The bed was comfortable, WiFi was good, and the bathroom was large, but the sink is small, so expect to get wet. It’s easy to find and right in the middle of everything. Communication was excellent, and they helped with anything we needed.

The apartment had two big bedrooms, each with a little balcony, plus a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. It had what we needed for Symi. The place was clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Key pickup was handled really well. I’d definitely recommend it.

Elena met us and showed us the apartment near the harbor. Our room was pleasant and cleaned every day, and the nearby little restaurants made it nice to sit with a glass of wine on the balcony. If you can choose, take the larger room. The smallest is really cramped for two people and two suitcases, though we managed. A lovely place to stay.
