For what we paid, the facilities and quality didn't meet expectations, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room was disappointing from the start: very small, with nowhere to hang clothes, and the bathroom had a persistent bad smell and no window to air it out. The fridge had a bottle of water, and soap and shampoo were provided. We got no communication from the host through the digital platforms, not even a welcome message, key collection details, or guidance for the stay.

The room was tiny but nice, with a quiet feel and a very, very, very comfortable bed. The bathroom was the one thing I didn't like, since water runs down onto the floor when you shower.

We were looking forward to visiting beautiful Symi, but this was the worst accommodation experience we've had on our trips to Greece. After checking into Room 3, we went out for dinner and left our luggage there. When we came back, the toilet seat lid was dirty, with hair underneath it, and there were lots of spots in every corner of the bathroom. We sent photos to the local property manager and asked to move rooms, but she said everything was occupied and couldn't help. We had to use the public toilet at the nearby hotel, and we couldn't stay in the room, so we left to find somewhere else. The follow-up communication went nowhere, there was no cooperation, and we received no compensation for the two nights we'd booked. Their standards seemed very low, and they didn't seem to care about their customers. I'd advise against taking a chance on this property.

The balcony had a gorgeous view, which was the highlight for me and worth booking for on its own. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the marina, yet it still felt private. Our room was quite small, though that didn't bother us, but it's worth keeping in mind. We felt it was good value for money. The staff were friendly and accommodating: they met us at the port when our ferry arrived early in the morning and let us check in early at no extra charge because the room was ready. Check-out was easy too, just leave the keys in the room and go. Thanks for a lovely stay!
