All three bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and each has a breathtaking view of Sivota harbor, especially at sunrise and sunset. The villa is beautifully designed, very well equipped, and perfectly maintained. It’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed on Lefkada. I visit the island every year, and this has become a must for my family and me. It feels like a peaceful haven, with privacy while still being close to everything. The terrace, pool, and panoramic views make the outdoor spaces just as lovely as the villa itself. Staff are professional, responsive, and discreet, and every detail feels thought through. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year.

The infinity pool overlooking the bay was our favorite place to unwind. We spent hours there reading, relaxing, or watching the sunset with a glass of wine. The villa feels quiet and private, yet the harbor is only a short walk away, with a few nice restaurants and shops. We spent a week at Villa Roya and had an amazing time. The view was even better than the photos. The villa is modern and spacious, very clean, with super comfortable beds and all the kitchen essentials. Communication with the hosts was easy, and check-in and the rest of the stay were handled very professionally.

Every room has incredible views, and the villa is spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor area was a highlight, with a generous infinity pool and lots of room to sit, hang out, and enjoy ourselves. The village of Sivota is a great spot, just a six-minute stroll away. We had an amazing time and will definitely return.
