Aroma Beach

I’ve stayed in many places, but this one is the best I’ve experienced. The lovely rooms and breathtaking views are part of it, but the warmth, care, and special atmosphere are what made the stay unforgettable. If you’re planning a trip to Thassos, this is where I’d want to stay.

The location, beach, and garden are very good, and the staff showed us wonderful hospitality. But the room gets unbearably hot at night. We had to sit on the balcony until the weak air conditioner cooled it enough to breathe inside. Breakfast was 4 out of 10, and the WiFi wasn’t good either.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make the stay feel special. Aroma Beach Hotel has peaceful green spaces and beautifully kept gardens, plus a quiet private beach with clear water and breathtaking views. It’s a lovely place to unwind, and I’d highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

The bungalow felt like home, and our room was quite bright. Everything looked like the pictures, even better than I expected. I’ve heard some people say there isn’t enough light, but that wasn’t our experience. The hotel itself is fresh and modern, with a good design, and the whole place feels comfortable and well cared for by a nice family. There’s a small, quiet beach about 50m away. It isn’t especially beautiful, but it has natural shade and only a few people were there. A larger beach with white sand and a clean entrance to the sea is about 200-300m away. You can walk to town in 15-20min, though part of the way is along the road, so be careful. Breakfast isn’t as varied as at some resorts, but there are options, everything tastes good, and some of the Greek desserts are delicious. The outdoor area is green and comfortable, with natural shade. We really liked our stay and will remember the place. Thank you, Kateryna and your family, for doing such a great job. There were a few tiny complaints, but the good things outweighed those little downsides.
