The location is good, and there’s enough parking for guests with cars. The hotel itself has no proper reception or anyone there permanently. We messaged the owner, Ms. Vaso, on WhatsApp, and she came to hand over our room key. Getting around by car takes a little skill because the traditional Greek streets are narrow with sharp turns, so a small vehicle is more suitable. There’s a small pool that could be a lifesaver in some situations, but a noisy group staying at the same time can make pool-facing rooms loud. The internet was fine on some days, while on others it kept disconnecting and became unusable, possibly when too many people were connected. The room had a safe, and we strongly recommend using it. We had no trouble ourselves, but my brother in the next room had his wife’s wedding ring and diamond ring go missing from the nightstand during the day. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed every two days. Given what happened, we can’t say we had a stay we’d recommend.

We were impressed by Limenas and would visit again. Finikes studios is on a very peaceful street, quiet day and night, and just 400m from the centre, near both the old and new harbour. Our room was very clean and the staff were lovely. The woman who welcomed us explained the town, including where to eat, which beaches were good, and some prices she knew. Finikes also has a tavern that’s full every night. Keep in mind that Limenas streets are very tight and driving a big car is difficult, though not impossible. We highly recommend Finikes and will stay there again.

The pool was great for relaxing and having a quick swim, and there’s private parking. The owner was super kind and helpful. It’s a really clean, quiet place, set off the main road but only a few minutes from the shops and restaurants along it.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is spotless, with a cleaning lady coming every day, and the host is really nice and friendly. It’s well located near the centre and port. They also have a restaurant, Twins, where the food was delicious.
