The photos make the setting look more idyllic than it is. The ferry port is close, and you can see it and hear it very loudly late into the night, then again from 4 am. There's also a public parking lot right in front of the house, which affects the promised view and adds considerable noise. Other guests, especially families with children, also made it hard to have a peaceful, relaxing stay by sitting in larger groups on the terrace late at night. The place didn't feel professionally managed. The receptionist was rarely there and didn't personally welcome us when we arrived, which I'd expect from a small establishment aiming for a higher standard. We had to ask on WhatsApp how to operate the air conditioning and get the Wi-Fi password. We only happened to learn on day seven of our 10-day stay that beach towels were available. Fixing the broken kitchen lamp and shower that wouldn't drain was slow. The bathroom photos are misleading too: it's very small, and the room gets wet after every shower. All in all, disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it for a quiet, idyllic stay.

The apartments are good and still new, and the beach-front setting is nice. The biggest disappointment was the so-called included breakfast. It isn't really breakfast, just a few items in the fridge that you have to prepare yourself. They came into the room each day to check what had run out and restock, but what they chose to refill varied. Once, they didn't replace something the kids liked. You're allowed one coffee per person per day, too. Calling it “random products included” would be less misleading than saying breakfast is included.

The location is about 15 minutes from the town center, though there aren't nice sandy beaches nearby. Apart from that, it was a great experience. Very nice rooms and accommodation, good quality throughout, and top service and cleaning.

We had a great holiday in Greece at vila Teresa in Thasos. The rooms are great and the hotel has a great view. I love this hotel, and the service is so friendly. The boss is really friendly too.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the kitchen, bathroom, and patio were all fine. The fridge was stocked with breakfast options, so you could prepare whatever you liked. Coffee capsules were free. It’s right by the sea, about a minute’s walk from the beach (African beach?), and five minutes from the harbor.
