I was on a bike tour and stayed just one night. Another hotel outside town had turned me away, and I did wonder if I looked too sweaty, but the staff here welcomed me and even let me keep my bike indoors. They did five days’ laundry overnight for 6 euros, and had it back around 9:15, which was great. I found food at the supermarket two houses away, since the buffet didn’t look very appealing. At 39 euros, the room felt a bit expensive for an off-season night on November 15.

The mountains in my photo are only 5 km from Hotel Dionysion. We really enjoyed this part of Greece on our road trip. The hotel itself is basic but charming, and the staff were lovely. Thanks, Katarina 👌

Our room was lovely and had a big balcony, and the staff were very kind. Hotel Dionysion is also right by the center, less than a block from the main square of Thiva. We had a great stay.

Just around the corner from Theva’s pedestrian area, Hotel Dionysion is conveniently placed. The rooms were quiet and clean, breakfast was good, and the service was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were so friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The hotel is in the middle of Thebes, by the “plateia” with its cafes and shops, and was reasonably priced. Our large room was clean, with AC and free wifi, and the whole place had been newly renovated.
