Ayit Hotel

I run an organisation myself and normally wouldn’t leave a bad review, but this was poor. I was given a room beside the street and complained about the noise. I could hear every car passing, but they didn’t change my room. Within less than 24 hours, I was racially profiled twice. Comments like “people of my kind” are not okay. I reported it to two hotel managers, and both dismissed my complaints. One raised their voice at me and even threatened me. I had booked five nights but left after the first. They still refused a refund for the remaining four nights. I was left ashamed to be a man of colour in Greece because of this hotel. I’m upset about the £300+ they get to keep, but money comes and goes and I’ll get over it. The bitter feeling from the discrimination and racism shown towards me will stay with me forever. To everyone reading, do better. We’re all human and should be treated equally.

I booked a room for tonight, 28.April 2026, but the hotel was completely empty and closed. They still charged me. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Hmmm.

The view from Ayit Hotel was breathtaking, the rooms were extremely clean, and breakfast had a rich selection. From our first day through the last, the staff welcomed us with warmth and kindness. We felt truly blessed to spend a week there. If you want a relaxing stay in Rhodos, we highly recommend Ayit Hotel.

A lovely sea view and a price that felt reasonable made the stay appealing, especially with the airport less than 10 minutes away. The accommodation has air conditioning, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was seamless, and the service was exceptional.
