Getting in was simple, and the parking was convenient. But the houses are cramped, and when planes go by the windows shake. It was impossible to get proper rest, especially with the uncomfortable bed and noise from neighbors both above and next door all night. Soundproofing is clearly lacking. The bathroom was pretty dirty, and there was a lot of dust above the kitchen. They call the place luxury, but it didn’t feel that way. Pets are listed as prohibited, yet there were at least five cats in the parking area beside the houses. It looks attractive and has parking, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There’s plenty packed into this studio: a good-sized bed, a small leather sofa bed, wall-mounted LED TV, ambient lighting, and a decent shower and bathroom. The kitchenette has a fridge, kettle, two-ring electric hob, cookware, and microwave, plus air conditioning and heating, a clothes dryer, and window fly screens. It’s roomy enough for two and nicely finished, with secure entry and off-street parking behind an electric gate with a key code. I didn’t find the bed comfortable, though. I also hadn’t realized it was just 50m from a busy dual carriageway. Traffic quiets down, but motorcyclists seem to rev loudly whenever they pass, at any hour. That’s not Agora’s fault.

The location was good, but the room didn’t look much like the marketing pictures. The air conditioning was weak, and we had to sleep directly on the mattress because there weren’t any extra blankets. The WiFi also wasn’t working at first, though restarting the router fixed it.

The rooms were set up for just one person, with only one towel in each, and even when they asked for extra money, they didn’t provide another towel. In the Deluxe room there wasn’t even hot water. I booked two rooms, Deluxe and Superior, for two couples. The Booking.com photos looked amazing and there were loads of positive reviews, but now I think the pictures and feedback are fake. The attached photos show what the Superior room was actually like. Then they tried to charge me extra through Booking.com, claiming I’d put four people in the apartments, even though I had booked two people per apartment.
