72 AD Thessaloniki Hotel

We had two rooms, a suite with a jacuzzi and a regular room. Both felt premium and were well organized, and the jacuzzi was ready for us when we arrived. Check-in and the welcome were smooth. The reception host and the rest of the staff were especially sweet and helpful, whether we needed something simple or more involved. They greeted us with smiles every time. My stay was amazing, and I'll definitely return. Halu and partners are a 10 for me so far.

For what we paid, the stay at 72 AD suites hotel Thessaloniki wasn't worth it. The room was very small, the beds were too soft, and the shower had no door. Noise from other guests inside the hotel was also a problem.

The location made it easy to get around the city, and we'd happily stay here again. Our room had great privacy, several balconies and a private jacuzzi with an outdoor shower that we could use any time. It was a lovely way to soak after a long day out. Inside, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a good bed, lovely linens and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked, and having a washing machine was handy. The shower took a few minutes to heat up, but then had perfect temperature and excellent pressure. Both air conditioners cooled the room quickly. The soundproofing worked well in the city center, and the blackout curtains are useful if you like a dark room. The staff were another highlight. They quickly sorted out a small jacuzzi issue, and the two front desk staff we met were kind and sweet. They also helped us find good coffee nearby. Thanks to the 72 AD team! 💕

We paid for two nights and barely slept. The first night brought wedding noise that seemed endless, along with the elevator running until morning. We tried to be patient, but the next night there was shouting on the phone and people coming and going from rooms all night. A few hours of sleep is a basic thing a hotel should provide, and this one couldn't manage it. Maybe we were unlucky, but we lost both sleep and money. The experience was deeply disappointing, unacceptable, and nowhere near worth the price. It left me feeling this place is very poorly managed, and I wouldn't recommend it.
