We were three friends sharing a room, and it was clean with an adequate bathroom. Breakfast was a tasty traditional buffet, and the staff were kind and friendly. It works well for a short stay. We got to Thessaloniki earlier than planned, and they helped us check in early, which I really appreciated.

The staff were nice, helpful and ready to support you. The view was at the back, there was no balcony, and breakfast was average. The croissant wasn’t fresh, and the jam came from a supermarket instead of featuring Greek products that tourists value so much. It’s also far from Aristotle square.

At reservation, a female operator agreed to one price, but at check-in the male receptionist charged almost double. Totally unfriendly and insolent, to say the least. Classic heist. They supposedly have a couple of parking spaces in front, then reception calls the parking service and registers guests. The old bald receptionist is a classic pickpocket.

We booked by email, and Lazarou Maria was very helpful during the reservation. The location is lovely, and they helped us with parking the car. We also really liked the delicious breakfast. If I come to Thessaloniki again, this will be my first choice. Thank you very much.
