Lunch came to €45 for two people, including great mezze, two drinks, and water. The food and service were good.

We had a lovely evening in a really nice atmosphere, away from the stress and noise of the city center. The food was good and the waiters were friendly. There was a bit of a wait for all the dishes we ordered, but nothing extreme or worth complaining about. We were very happy with our visit and would come back.

I found it easy to get to, and the location is just right. Inside, the music stays quiet enough to talk and unwind, and the staff are wonderful about helping with requests. There’s a huge menu, with excellent food. This may be the best tavern in the city I’ve visited.

Oinos kai palia is in Thessaloniki’s well-known tavern area, and the atmosphere is lovely. The staff are helpful, and the mezes are generous, tasty, and inexpensive. I’d skip the main dishes and just get mezes and drinks. Enjoy!
