Citizen 9

The furnishings were new and well designed, the interiors modern, and the bathroom very clean. The bed was also really comfortable. The serious downside was what happened the second time we stayed: our car was vandalised. The owners had said parking on the street would be safe, but it wasn't. Everyone we asked said going to the police was useless. Repairs cost 940 euros, and we had to drive home without the rear-view mirror glass, covering it with a big plastic bag. If you stay here, I'd do so without a car, or only if you can park it somewhere very safe. Parking is a major problem in Saloniki.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Good value for a stopover.

The staff kept our bags for two days, the rooms were clean, and the beds comfortable. But the emergency exit sign in the bedroom was lit up, which was odd, and the place still smelled of fresh paint. The location wasn't great for things nearby, just one coffee shop across the street.

The staff were extremely friendly and helped us find our way around the city. The hotel was amazing, with spacious rooms and a huge, very comfortable bed.
