We had a really good two-week stay, and I think some of the reviews are much harsher than our experience. The place is close to everything we went to, with nowhere more than a 25-minute walk away. It was self-catering, so we didn't need much service, which is why I rated that low. The room had a few small shortcomings, like no shower hook, so we had to hold the showerhead, and only two cooking utensils. We expected some of that, though. We really enjoyed staying here.

A huge no from me. The place looked nothing like the photos, and the smell of sewage hit as soon as we entered the building. The rooms felt cramped and were dirty, old, and moldy, with a horrible odor that seemed to cling to everything. It was such a shame.

The kitchen looked nice, but there weren't any pots to cook with. The apartment also cost more than other places nearby, despite a bathroom barely 1.5 square meters and a worn mattress whose metal springs I could feel while sleeping. Some of the pictures didn't match what we found. While I was out visiting the city, electronics and money went missing, but there were no signs of a break-in. Were the locks poor, or did whoever took them have copies of the building and apartment keys? I also wondered where the cameras were that could identify the thief. The host didn't answer my call and only texted.

For a pretty good price, it's right in the city center and near Kolomvou bus stop, which serves the airport, as well as the train and bus stations. The hotel looks clean, modern, and nice. I stayed twice, and one room had everything in the kitchen, while the other had nothing, not even a kettle or microwave to boil water. I was also given two WiFi passwords, but neither worked.
