The mattresses had springs sticking out, and neither bathroom had shower doors, so the whole room got wet whenever we showered. The supposed kitchen had only two burners, no oven, no toaster, nothing else. We were told there was an elevator and no stairs, but first had to climb a flight of stairs to reach it. The wifi and TV never worked. We called repeatedly, and they just said they had worked before and must be working now. Nobody ever came to fix them. This was the worst place we've ever rented. Disgusting!

The place smelled like sewage the whole time. The bathrooms were dirty, their taps had come off and were lying in the dirt, and the bathroom door lock came off in our hands. The towels smelled so bad we didn't want to touch anything. There were no shutters, so the light stayed on all evening. The wifi never worked either. The sofa was so worn it had no cushions, just wood, and the mattresses had broken springs. The house was very dirty and nothing like its photos. The owner did an amazing job with the pictures and filters. It was the worst place we've ever seen, and a waste of money whatever the price. I'm sorry that every dirty person can list a house without meeting any standards. I feel very sorry for whoever stays there next.
