We were fortunate they never sent the key code, and that free cancellation was available, or we’d have been in an even worse situation. We’d booked three days before our arrival, but waited until 3 on the day we were due to come and still got no code. For three days they answered neither our calls nor our messages, and didn’t respond to Booking either. Reviews say the accommodation is dirty and not cared for, with some saying it’s left as the next group finds it. It sounds like a zoo. It’s shameful that a “certified” accommodation can operate this way. There’s no 0 star rating for this unacceptable experience. Stay away from these “professionals,” and search very carefully before booking. It isn’t worth trying.

Stay away, guys. The place is filthy, the sheets were used, and the construction is crooked and badly painted. Not even worth 20€.

The location in Thessaloniki is perfect, though the apartment is in an office building and the furniture is quite old. If a bed and a shower are enough for you, it could work.

A warning: the owner cancels bookings on the day you’re due to arrive and doesn’t let you know.

The owner is unacceptable, and the place is disgusting and stinks. There are cockroaches, it’s tall, and even the outside isn’t acceptable. The sanitary facilities should be brought in to close it.
