NYX Hotel Thessaloniki

From arrival through to getting into our rooms, the service was superb. Thanks especially to Nektarios and Ioannidis, and to the lovely reception and valet teams, who made us feel so welcome. The place has wonderful vibes for sightseeing or work, thoughtful touches throughout, a great lounge, and a breathtaking rooftop view.

Nikos and Yasmin at reception made a real difference. They always greeted me with a smile, helped quickly with directions, and offered suggestions. Both speak German fluently, which I especially appreciated. The hotel’s central location on Tsimiski street made shops, cafés, restaurants, and even metro museum easy to reach on foot, especially after long walks. My room was modern and clean, with fast WiFi, a smart TV, USB chargers, and a very comfortable bed. It was quiet despite the busy city centre. The elegant lobby and urban-art inspired design caught my eye as soon as I arrived. Breakfast had a nice variety, though the cafe machine coffee wasn’t as good as the espresso machine in the room. The lounge restaurant had a pleasant ambience, the common areas were stylish and comfortable, and the gym had what I needed for a short workout. My stay at NYX Hotel Thessaloniki was far above expectations. I’d strongly recommend NYX for business or leisure, and I’ll stay here again if I return to Thessaloniki.

Breakfasts were fresh and delicious, with a great range of choices. The hotel’s interiors were stylish and thoughtfully designed, giving the place a warm, welcoming feel, and the location put everything close by. I had a truly delightful stay and would happily come back. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay.

The hotel is very central, modern, and vibrant. Our room was spacious and the mattresses were really comfortable. Breakfast offered plenty of choices, though it gets very crowded, so go early. The gym is small and has only basic training options, but towels, fruit, and water are provided.
