There's lots of room here and it's comfortable, but the upkeep needs attention. The bathroom has mold, the shower has no light or shelf for soap, and the toilet keeps running noisily. The coat hanger was broken too. Pigeons nearby seem to leave an unpleasant smell in the kitchen, and there are no curtains for privacy. Parties in the area can also make nights noisy. With some effort and money spent on renovations, this place could be great.
