We were visiting from Cyprus and didn't know Thessaloniki very well, but the reception team made us feel welcome and helped us with everything. Giannis at morning reception was especially helpful and left a great impression. I stayed with friends at Park Hotel and we had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, modern, and nicely decorated, and the hotel itself is beautiful. It's right in the city centre, and breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices for different tastes. We'd gladly stay again and highly recommend it.

The location is great, and downloading the freenow app is essential for getting around. We arrived quite late after a bus trip from Skopje, but reception got us checked in quickly. The rooms are small but adequate, with a clean, nice bathroom and a balcony. The breakfast room is downstairs from reception, reached by stairs. I felt the woman serving breakfast wasn't very polite. When I asked for certain things, she just said no. I also thought the breakfast could be better for a hotel I believe is aimed more at the German market.

It's a peaceful neighbourhood despite being only a 10 minute walk from Ladadika. The location is super, the rooms are modern, the view is nice, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good too. The only downside was that we never got fresh shower gel or shampoo, even though the cleaning ladies came into the room daily. I suppose we could have asked reception.

We came twice, once in July with my best friend. The rooms are small, but I care more about the cozy feel, and it was really cozy. Breakfast was ok plus, and the location is close to perfect for visiting the city. Room service was efficient and nice.

The room service meals are among the best, and they have an exquisite tea selection. The staff are really friendly and always ready to help. It's a really nice hotel, close to most of the interesting places to see in Thessaloniki. Thank you!
