The rooms are clean and spacious, and some have a sea view. Staff are friendly, and breakfast is good. The hotel isn't downtown, but nearby bus and subway stations make it easy to get to the city's attractions. I would recommend it for business travel or tourism if you want a no-nonsense hotel and don't mind the aging style inside and out. Free street parking nearby is possible to find, but not easy. The hotel can arrange paid parking spaces.

The staff were very friendly, and they cleaned my room every day. I forgot to bring my phone charger, but they helped me with one, which was a lifesaver since all the shops were closed that day. The hotel is easy to reach from the airport with just one bus. Thanks for the hospitality. If I come to Thessaloniki again, I'd stay there.

The room was decent. I didn't try the breakfast because I hadn't requested it. What disappointed me was the ironing service. Reception said guests couldn't use an iron and that the only option was to pay 2€ per item. I agreed and sent two items, but they came back barely ironed. I had to call reception again and ask them to redo the work, which I found completely unacceptable. I wasn't even given the option to iron my clothes myself. The service was neither done properly nor time-efficient. I've travelled extensively and never had another hotel handle such a basic service this poorly. Charging for work that isn't properly done feels unprofessional and disrespectful.

Efi/Efi at the front desk was especially helpful. The hotel is right next to the waterfront, and although the accommodations are a little dated, it was perfect for me. Highly recommend!
